1. What is the 24K Rewards Coupon?
The 24K Rewards Coupon is part of the rewards program available to 24K Cebuana Cardholders. The coupon issued by all Cebuana Lhuillier branches. It can be used to purchase selected goods/services from selected partner merchants.
2. Who is eligible to get a 24K Rewards Coupon?
A 24K Cebuana Cardholder can get a 24K Rewards Coupon, provided that he/she has an available balance of at least fifty (50) points.
3. What are the denominations of the 24K Rewards Coupons?
The coupons come in 4 denominations:
• 50
• 100
• 200
• 500
4. How can I redeem the 24 K Rewards Coupon in partner merchants?
• The cardholder must present his/her 24K Cebuana Card along with the coupon prior to the purchase of a good/service in the selected partner merchant.
• The name and card number on the coupon must match the name and card number on the 24K Cebuana Card.
5. If the price of the item or service I am purchasing from the partner merchant is less than the amount of my coupon, can I use the coupon again for another transaction, or get change from the partner merchant?
No. The amount on the coupon must be consumed in a single transaction. In addition, no change shall be given if the amount of purchase is less than the coupon’s value.
6. Does the coupon have an expiry date?
Yes. The rewards coupon is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Coupons presented after validity period will not be honored.
7. Can I convert the coupon into cash?
No. The coupon is non-convertible to cash.
8. I was not able to use my coupon. Can I refund it from Cebuana Lhuillier?
No. The coupon is non-refundable. Once the coupon is issued by Cebuana Lhuillier, the corresponding reward points are considered claimed by the cardholder.
9. I lost my coupon. Can I have it replaced by Cebuana Lhuillier?
No. The coupon cannot be replaced.
10. What are the other terms and conditions governing the use of the 24K Rewards Coupon?
• The coupon is non-transferable.
• Coupons are considered void when not printed electronically and have manual alterations.
• Employees of PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, Ad, PR, and Media Agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the rewards program.
